Connectivity

Create synergies through integration

Tibet Server Connectivity provides a flexible API that can be integrated with both external data sources and service frameworks. Tibet Server is built to be customizable, while enhancing performance.

We believe customers and partners should have the ability to adapt functionality and graphics without limiting design or structure on their sites.

Integrate ERP systems

The technology supports advanced customizations and technical integrations with ERP systems and databases. Information may be retrieved from external data sources, such as SML and Web Services, and be integrated with the desired page or functionality on your website. The ordering processes may be synchronized with a booking system or a payment service.

Share business information with partners

Tibet Server also makes it possible to publish, and coordinate information from our databases with third-party systems, for example, to publish product descriptions and pricing information on a partner site. By remaining adaptable, we are able to customize solutions that meet the specific needs of your company.

Client-specific plug-ins

We can create unique plug-ins tailored to the needs of your business by integrating a combination of tools and services offered by Tibet Server. For example, a complex processes such as the production and deployment of electronic airline tickets combines up to ten different services to effortlessly provide language and design specific PDF-tickets to customers via e-mail.

Tibet Server Certified Developer

Tibet Server AB offers certifications in Tibet Certified Developer, which means that the developers themselves can carry out advanced adaptations based on customer needs.

Swiss Air Lines | Electronic Tickets reduce costs for distribution

SWISS is wholly-owned subsidiary to Lufthansa and operates domestic and international flights from Switzerland. SWISS has about 7500 employees and operate almost 90 aircraft.

Together with Tibet Server Partner Braathens IT Solutions, a solution for generating and distributing electronic tickets through the Tibet Server platform was developed. The final solution produces about 20 000 tickets per day and sends them as e-mail attachments directly to SWISS travellers. The e-ticket system reduces costs for SWISS with a considerable amount when comparing to the previous, paper-based, ticket solution.

Similar solutions have also been delivered to Brussels Airlines and Malmö Aviation in collaboration with Braathens IT Solutions.
